HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations are accepted exclusively online through OpenTable. If your preferred date or party size is unavailable, we encourage you to check alternative dates. Our reservation window opens six weeks
(42 days) in advance, with new dates released nightly at 12:00 AM EST. A valid credit card is required
to confirm every reservation.
MAY I RESERVE BY PHONE OR THROUGH INSTAGRAM?
We do not accept reservations by telephone or social media. All bookings are made through OpenTable.To inquire about the waitlist for a specific date, please email us.
Whom do I contact for media, career, or partnership inquiries?
All inquiries regarding employment, media, partnerships, events, or special requests are handled by email and will be directed to the appropriate member of our team.
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
Changes and cancellations can be made directly through OpenTable. For dietary restrictions, allergies, or any special considerations, please note them in your booking or contact us by email.
How long is my table reserved?
We allocate two hours for parties of two, and two and a half hours for parties of three or more.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee of $50 per guest. Changes to party size require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you are running late, please call us at (416) 551-8038 so we may do our best to accommodate you.
Is a service charge applied to my bill?
Please note that a service charge of 21% is automatically applied to all parties of seven guests or more.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Walk-ins are welcome, though we strongly recommend securing a reservation in advance through our reservations page. When weather permits, a limited number of bistro-style tables are available in our private courtyard on a first-come, first-served basis. These tables are not fully sheltered from the elements and cannot be reserved in advance.
May I bring my own wine, dessert, or decorations?
We are pleased to offer corkage at $85 per 750ml bottle, to a maximum of three bottles. For every bottle purchased from our wine list, one corkage fee will be waived. A cake-cutting fee of $8 per guest applies to outside desserts. We kindly ask that decorative items not be brought into the restaurant.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking so our team can prepare suitable offerings. As our menus evolve continually, accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis.
Is Prime Seafood Palace wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance at the time of booking so we may
best prepare for your visit.
Do you offer takeout or delivery?
We are a dine-in restaurant. Desserts may be made available to-go, subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Curbside parking is available on Queen Street West after 6:00 PM.
Paid parking can also be found just east of the restaurant on Shaw Street.
