Matthew Landry is the Wine Director of Prime Seafood Palace. A two-time finalist for Best Sommelier of Canada, he holds the Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently working toward the Master Sommelier designation, one of the most demanding credentials in hospitality.

Landry is also a wine educator — a VIA-certified Italian Wine Ambassador and an official Bordeaux educator accredited by the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB). His career spans fine dining service, beverage management, and hospitality leadership, and that range shapes both how the cellar is built and how it is poured.
